A writing sample evaluation for students. The evaluation includes:

 
  • Line editing for grammar, spelling, and syntax. To offer students specific examples of room for improvement.
  • A Dale-Chall grade determination (K-12) based on the writing sample. To let you know whether or not the student's writing is on grade level.
  • A detailed evaluation which covers: writing style, grammar, spelling, transitions, capitalization, vague and abstract words. Areas of success and room for improvement are highlighted throughout.
Writing samples can be handwritten or typed and up to 5 pages long. A link to to the writing sample upload center is included on the receipt.
